Arthur is a capability development and knowledge strategy consultant with over 30 years professional experience. He has held a variety of corporate roles including managing international projects in Australia, Europe, Asia and USA and is an awarded tertiary educator. He facilitates experiential learning experiences in academic, commercial and social environments. Arthur is the author three earlier books: The Organizational Zoo (2007), Being a Successful Knowledge Leader (2009) and KNOWledge SUCCESSion (2017). He has written book chapters, articles for academic and professional journals and has a regular blog providing insights from his research on metaphor and behaviour.
He is regularly invited to international conferences to speak or facilitate workshops and share insights from his eclectic work experiences in different disciplines and countries. He is founder of The Organizational Zoo Ambassadors Network (a professional peer mentoring group), Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University, a mentor for PhD candidates and business leaders and co-facilitator of the Melbourne Knowledge Management Leadership Forum. He holds a PhD on the influence of behaviour on team interactions, a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Learning and Teaching and a Master of Science in Microbiology.
