Organization Management Rhythm (part 8.2): Products Produced – By Decision Level
This article is part 8.2 of a series of articles on Organization Management Rhythm.
The next type of product is based upon the decision level. This is extremely important as it will reflect on whether the staff is empowered and able to make decisions or if the company is under micromanagement. Each level should be balanced and looking like a pyramid, but in this example all the decision levels are held at the top.
