Organization Management Rhythm (part 8.3): Products Produced – By Meeting Flow
This article is part 8.3 of a series of articles on Organization Management Rhythm.
Meeting flow is based upon the directorates and the meetings that they have or are invited to. This creates a web of interlace that can confuse people. This product helps show how the meetings flow from the individual section and align into the meetings as they go up the chain of leadership. This is helpful to know especially when doing bonuses and the budget meeting. A leader would not announce the bonuses for each person before having the budget meeting. This would be after the performance review.
Next part (part 8.4): Products Produced – By Function.
