Organization Management Rhythm (part 8.4): Products Produced – By Function
This article is part 8.4 of a series of articles on Organization Management Rhythm.
This utilizes the meetings by decision level and separates them into the different swim lanes of the organization. This would typically break down by major area such as administrative, sales, and transportation. Each of these meetings would have other meetings that cross barriers but can be put into one of a few swim lanes. This allows each major effort to see what meetings are being supported by them along with if any are cross-functioned.
Next part (part 8.5): Products Produced – By Touch Points.
