Two shocking crashes of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft have killed 346 people over the past year, leading to the worldwide grounding of the aircraft and multiple investigations and lawsuits.
This four-part series looks at what these crashes have in common with the recent Toyota and Takata automotive recalls, and proposes a solution.
