Victoria Kingston

I am an independent curator, historian and interpretation consultant creating content for museums, historic sites, broadcasters and publishers. I research, write and edit text and source images, film and artefacts. I then work with graphic, 3-D and AV designers to see these realised in exhibition form. Many of my projects have had a 20th century focus but I have also worked on projects across a wide range of other historic periods and locations from Neolithic Ireland to the contemporary Syrian conflict. My clients include Imperial War Museums, Royal Museums Greenwich, Chelsea Physic Garden and Ireland's Office of Public Works, as well as a number of exhibition design companies. In addition, I run exhibition text-writing workshops for museums.
